Professional Bio
Bay Area Native with an Island Heart
I am a graduate for my Associates degree in Culinary Arts at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California- San Francisco campus. I graduate in June of 2017. I am self driven, motivated, determined, and I love working with people.
I am experienced working in fast-paced environments. I love creating different flavors and styles of food to be able to express my passion for food.
My creativity and inspiration developed when I was pregnant with my two children. My senses also accelerated to a whole new level for cooking, and I am really proud of my creations in the kitchen - apparently so are my consumers.
In my 3 years at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California- San Francisco, not only did I improve my knowledge and skills for cooking, I also learned various techniques and plating presentations.
Being around so many different people, from different places, with so many ideas has helped me execute all of my creations.
I am confident that everything that I have been exposed to in my past will help me be a true success in my near future.
I have a hunger for knowledge, and I am looking to reach out to people to share our passion for food and business through inspiration, growth and creativity.
I plan to make an impact in society and help the environment and community accelerate to a higher level.
